01 — Our Story
Built for Aviation
I'm Alexandre, the owner and lead detailer at DetailiX. My background is in industrial mechanics and electromechanics, so I understand what I'm working around on an aircraft, not just how to wipe it down. I spent years detailing high-value cars for myself, friends, and family before I ever touched an aircraft, and as a genuine aviation enthusiast, I noticed something simple: almost nobody in Quebec was doing aircraft detailing properly. DetailiX is still young, and every job so far has had me personally on the ramp, camera out before and after so you can see exactly what changed, no shortcuts, same standard whether it's the first aircraft or the fiftieth.
DetailiX Aviation Detailing launched at Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport because that's where we live, fly, and work. Our mission is simple: to bring a level of precision and care to aircraft appearances that truly matches the level of care owners put into airworthiness. An aircraft that flies to the highest standard deserves to look that way too.
