Our Process
How We Do It
Decontamination
The airframe is fully washed, clay-barred, and chemically decontaminated. No ceramic coating adheres properly to a contaminated surface.
Paint Correction
Light swirl marks, water spots, and oxidation are polished out. We coat over perfection, not problems.
Panel Prep
Each panel is wiped with IPA solution immediately before coating to remove all polish oils that would prevent bonding.
Coating Application
System X ceramic is applied panel by panel in a controlled sequence, cross-hatched for uniform coverage.
Final Inspection
Under our paint correction light, we inspect every panel for high spots, streaks, or missed sections before sign-off.
Why It Matters
The Case for Precision
A ceramic-coated aircraft repels water, resists bug adhesion, and sheds exhaust soot far more easily. After coating, your regular maintenance wash takes 30–40% less time and achieves a better result. The coating also provides UV protection that slows paint fading and chalking significantly.

FAQ
Common Questions
System X aviation ceramic typically lasts 2–5 years depending on flying hours, environment (coastal vs. inland), and maintenance washing technique.
Almost always yes. Ceramic locks in whatever the paint looks like at the moment of application. Light correction is included; heavy correction is quoted separately.
No. The coating requires a minimum 24-hour cure period before flight. We schedule application to respect your operational calendar.
Yes. System X is specifically formulated for aviation application and is used by MRO facilities, charter operators, and private owners worldwide.
We provide a maintenance guide and starter kit. The key is using a pH-neutral wash product and avoiding abrasive brushes. We recommend a professional wash every 3–6 months to maintain the coating.
