What Is Included
Everything Covered
Aircraft carpet absorbs stains differently than automotive carpet — aviation-grade pile is denser and backed with moisture barriers that trap contamination deep in the fibres. Our carpet stain removal process uses enzyme pre-treatment matched to the stain type, followed by hot water extraction at the correct temperature and pressure for aviation carpet weights. We do not use generic carpet shampoo.
- Stain type identification and pre-treatment selection
- Enzyme treatment — food, beverage, biological, and fuel-based stains
- Hot water extraction at aviation carpet-safe temperature and pressure
- Post-treatment rinse to remove all product residue
- Rapid dry with aviation-rated air movers to prevent mould
- UV light inspection for residual organic contamination
Our Process
How We Do It
Stain Assessment
We identify stain type and age before selecting treatment chemistry. Different stains require different enzyme profiles — guessing leads to setting the stain permanently.
Pre-Treatment
Enzyme solution matched to the stain is applied and given dwell time to break down contamination at the molecular level before extraction begins.
Extraction
Hot water extraction pulls contamination and enzyme solution out of the carpet pile without over-wetting the backing, which causes mould.
Rinse Pass
A clean water rinse pass removes all residual cleaning agent to prevent re-soiling and chemical odour.
Rapid Dry
Aviation air movers dry the carpet in 2–4 hours. We do not leave the aircraft until moisture levels are confirmed within acceptable range.
Why It Matters
The Case for Precision
Untreated stains in aviation carpet oxidise and set permanently within 48–72 hours. Prompt professional extraction recovers carpet that would otherwise require full replacement — a significant cost saving. Clean, odour-free carpet also directly affects passenger experience and resale appraisal.
Set stains lifted. Cabin carpet restored.

FAQ
Common Questions
We can significantly reduce or eliminate most set stains. Very old stains or those from aggressive chemicals may be permanently bonded to the dye. We assess each case before beginning and will tell you honestly what to expect.
With our air movers, aircraft carpet is typically dry within 2–4 hours. We confirm moisture levels before leaving the aircraft.
We clean all accessible carpet without removing seat track hardware. For full access beneath seat tracks, we work around the bases and get as far under as safely possible.
Yes, with appropriate solvent pre-treatment followed by extraction. Fuel stains require ventilation protocols — we confirm hangar safety requirements before beginning.
Basic vacuuming and spot treatment are included in a full interior detail. Full hot water extraction is quoted separately — it requires additional time and specialist equipment.
