Our Process
How We Do It
Consultation
We discuss your aircraft, materials, and requirements in detail. For unusual aircraft, we may request photos or a pre-service inspection before quoting.
Scope & Quote
We prepare a written scope of work listing exactly what will be done, which products will be used, and what the outcome will look like. No surprises.
Product Sourcing
Where specialist products are required — rare aircraft finishes, antique leather treatments, specific metal polishes — we source them before the service date.
Service Delivery
Work is completed according to the agreed scope. Any deviation from scope is discussed and approved before proceeding.
Inspection & Handover
We walk through the completed work with you or your representative before sign-off. Photography is provided.
Why It Matters
The Case for Precision
Unusual aircraft are often mishandled by standard detailers who apply generic products without understanding the specific materials involved. Wrong chemistry on vintage lacquer, antique leather, or rare metal finishes causes irreversible damage. Custom scoping protects your aircraft and gives you a guaranteed outcome before work begins.
If it flies and needs attention, we find a way.
