Lavatory Sanitisation
Clinical-standard clean. Flight-ready in under an hour.
What Is Included
Everything Covered
Aircraft lavatories are the highest-contact, highest-contamination zone in any cabin. A proper sanitisation goes beyond a wipe-down — it requires the right disinfectant chemistry, full dwell time for kill efficacy, and methodical coverage of every contact surface. Our protocol is built to clinical standards appropriate for shared aviation environments and between-flight turnarounds.
- Waste system exterior clean and deodorisation
- Sink and faucet full disinfection with appropriate dwell time
- All surface disinfection: walls, ceiling panel, countertop
- Mirror polish and streak removal
- Contact point focus: door handle, latch, flush button, light switches, faucet lever
- Floor and threshold clean
- Soap dispenser, towel storage, and under-sink cabinet wipe-down
- Odour neutralisation — source elimination, not fragrance masking
Our Process
How We Do It
Clear & Assess
Waste is confirmed disposed and the lavatory is assessed for staining, scale, and contamination level before treatment begins.
Surface Disinfection
Hospital-grade disinfectant is applied to all surfaces with full dwell time — not a quick spray-and-wipe. Dwell time is what kills pathogens.
Contact Point Detail
Every touchpoint is individually addressed: door handle, latch, flush lever, faucets, and switches — the surfaces passengers contact most.
Polish & Present
Mirror, chrome fixtures, and metalwork are polished. The lavatory is left in a condition indistinguishable from new installation.
Odour Treatment
A neutralising agent eliminates odour at the source. The lavatory should simply smell clean — no perfume, no masking.
Why It Matters
The Case for Precision
Charter and private operators know that lavatory condition is one of the first things passengers notice and remember. A poorly maintained lavatory undermines an otherwise excellent flight. For operators with repeat high-net-worth clients, lavatory presentation reflects directly on operational standards and repeat business.

FAQ
Common Questions
Yes — a thorough lavatory clean is part of every full interior detail. This standalone service is for operators who need lavatory-only attention between flights or on a more frequent schedule than full interior details.
A standalone lavatory sanitisation is completed in 20–40 minutes, fitting comfortably into most between-flight ground time windows.
We use hospital-grade quaternary ammonium disinfectants approved for aircraft interior use, on both Health Canada and EPA approved lists.
We clean and deodorise the waste system exterior and access points. Waste tank pumping is a licensed maintenance function handled by your FBO or line service.
Yes. Mineral deposits on faucets and fixtures are treated with appropriate descaling chemistry. Heavy calcium build-up may require a second treatment.
